Activate Samsung Core LTE phone

I have a Samsung Core LTE phone and I need help!!!

I got the phone in January 2015. Do I need to get on line with Google or do I just get a new telephone number? My old telephone number is 519-386-****with my old LG Xexon phone. I upgraded with Samsung Core LTE in January 2015.

Activate Samsung Core LTE phone

Hi @janstraus

Nice new phone! Smiley Happy

Your Samsung Core LTE requires a Micro LTE SIM card, so you would need to activate the new SIM on your wireless account to activate your number and start using your new phone.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi again!

I have a SIM card. I'm having a hard time, do I have to go in to Rogers to activate it?

When I  go into Contacts and Keypad and press 1 it says not registered on network.

Hi @janstraus

Yes, you would need to get the SIM card activated!

You can definitely call in and get your new SIM card registered on your Rogers account to start using your phone!

Have fun using your new phone!
