Activate Phone

I haven't used my phone for a while because I was on a business trip. It is a pay as you go acount. When I wanted to activate it again, it said that the account and the phone number is inactive and not registered anymore.

 

How can I use my account again?

Hello jnanchen

When you are trying to reactive a pay as you go account after its been inactive for so long, you will need to contact Rogers PayGo over phone or go into the local Rogers store near you and have them activate it for you. They will need to activate it on a new sim card and a new number as well.

After a period of time of inactivity on a pay as you go, it expires.

You would have to call in, or go into a store.  I beleive they would have to give you a new SIM card (as you commononly can not re-activate sims), with a new #, etc.
