Hey Guys,
Can anyone please confirm the specifics of this promotional wireless plan? I switched to it last night and I got through to a rep this morning after a lengthy wait but they were not able to confirm if the extra 5 gigs stays on after 2 years or not. The website I read had screenshots confirming that the 10 gigs is now a perm feature and does not drop off after 2 years. How can I tell that they added this to my account properly and after 2 years I won't go back to 5 gigs.

this plan is crazy, all the carriers are being overloaded with calls/chats. Even http://www.howardforums.com is down!

Yes that is correct as per what MobileSyrup and others have posted as well. Seems like all carriers are having major issues with adding this plan or even customers getting into contact with them. Some seem lucky though!
As for Howardsforum i am able to log into my account and post. So do not know how its down.
Either way. This plan indeed is crazy.

That is not correct at all. Rogers will NOT drop the 5GB extra data after 24month. RogersCorey on here was able to confirm this to someone else.

I agree that Rogers reps are giving out wrong however at this moment and current info is that the 10GB stay as long as u do NOT change the plans around. Rogers also made this clear to MobileSyrup

So after being hung up on twice after waiting an hour plus both times today I'm really upset! Now I call and it's telling me Rogers is closed??? Anyone know what's going on here or is it really just time to call Bell.
