Unacceptable. 52 minutes and still holding to talk to Rogers custommer rep. What is going on?
Yes, mine has been since before 9 am. I was wondering if they were down or if it was just mine. I live in Bowmanville.
I live in Bowmanville and mine froze............I decided to try changing channels and it was nothing from then on. I reset/pulled the plug etc. and the blue ball/line is going around and around and i have a white screen with nothing.
im in Ajax and cable has been down since bevefore 9am. Tried calling rogers and can't even get to the main menu to choose options - saying high call volume. What's going on?
