4K PVR. How to enter diagnostic menu?

Tried the same method as used for the NB 3 ( hold exit, down, down 2) but was unsuccessful. Is there another method?

Thank you for posting your query in the Community. I was able to access the diagnostics menu successfully on 4K PVR box. Did you hold the exit button until the power flashed/blinked on the PVR?

It didn't work for me (the diagnostics menu method) until I hit the Guide button first.

On my Netbox 4K (non PVR version), I did the following to get into the Diagnostics Menu

Step 1: Press and hold the exit button for a few seconds.  You will see the power button light flash.

Step 2: Press the down arrow on the 4 way controller 2 x (i.e. down, down)

Step 3: Press the number 2 on the remote

At this point, you should see the Summary main page.

I find the new RD REMOTE controllers will not work for bring up the hidden menu items, use an old IR REMOTE and the Exit, down, down, 2 method should work.
