I've read somewhere DORO cell phones do not work with *225. Is ZTE in the same boat?
I guess *611 is my only option to check balnace on my cell phone.
Thanks in advance.
I forgot to add I get "Thank you" after using *225.

Does the line disconnect when you try and dial *225? Or does the call not go through at all? I spoke to a colleague in Prepaid and he suggested that it could be an account glitch. I would recommend you to please dial 1-800-575-9090, after confirming in which language you wish continue, press 4, then 4 again. At the end of the third menu, press 1 to reach an agent quickly.
