2 languages play at the same time.

i have a cisco hd box hooked up directly to my tv.

problem is when i view a channel with bilingual, one language play on the right and the other language play at the left at the same time.  whats going on?

Hi.

Can you check the settings on your TV if SAP is enabled?

Thanks, i have checked.  i have hooked up to my stereo directly, samething happened.
