iPhone Voicemail Greeting (Reset)

recently got a plan with voicemail, went through the setup and recorded my name as the greeting.

i want to reset this or revert to default. spoke to chat and they removed voicemail and re-added it - nothing.

i currently do have voicemail under my plan details, and no way to go to the default announcement where the lady goes "you have reached the mailbox of (insert #)"

any ideas?
