Not sure if anyone has noticed this before but it's an absolute nightmare using live chat on an iPhone X. Type the message and press send and it take like 30 times pressing send for it to actually go through.
I'm wondering if Rogers has any plans to optimize their live chat feature to use with an iPhone X/Xs/Xs Max/Xr. Thanks.
We know how important it is to get in touch with us. If I'm reading this correctly, you are having issues using the Livechat feature off your mobile browser? Have you tried a different browser or in landscape/portrait mode?
