Can you please try temporarily inputting an alternate address such as your work address or the address of a local shop to see if it accepts any of those addresses?
If it prompts you to contact your carrier even with the new address entered, please let us know so we can further assist.
They were able to fix it for me by removing the dormant One Number service that had been on my account.
