Hi everyone,
I purchased a new iPhone SE from BestBuy yesterday and in her rush to use the phone my daughter used her Speakout SIM. The phone will now no longer work with Koodo. Speakout doesn't offer an unlocking service. Can Rogers unlock or reset the lock so the phone will work with Koodo?

Welcome to the Community Forums!
You would need to have your device on a Rogers account for 90 days before we can unlock the device for you.
Try speaking to Koodo or BestBuy of your options for phone.
Maybe @Meowmix can give you some suggestions?
