This is the second time I've paid for a US package and the second time it isn't working. My daughter called and was told how to reset the system that worked for me sending texts but I still have not received any and I can't pick up a voice message.
My mother is in a nursing home and that's why i put the package on this time. I'm not impressed with Rogers at this time.
I need this to work. I won't be back in Ontario until May 10th and it is very important that your plan works or let me know so that I can change the another company.
