I change to Roger a week ago. I can not get OTP message from CRA, TD bank, Amazon... What should I do now?

We certainly want to ensure you are able to get the full functionality out of your line by receiving verification codes for your favorite apps, on your device.
Was it previously working and has recently stopped or has this started happening following a transfer of account or a port in of your cellphone number from another provider?
Have you performed any troubleshooting steps since noticing the issue?
Verification SMS have to be approved by the CWTA in order to be allowed on the Rogers network. With that being said all of the apps you are using are approved and this should be working for you.

I am currently experiencing the same problem. I am in the Philippines and after several tries, still cannot get my OTP on my cell phone. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

May you please confirm if you're roaming on a foreign network or not? It would narrow down the issue quite a bit. Please check if your data roaming is on as well.

@fredbalon, thanks for clarifying. Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't you need your Canadian cellphone number active to be able to receive an OTP SMS? If you're not roaming or the roaming feature isn't turned on, how would the message be delivered?
