Looks like it opened closer to 5:00AM. I got position 1 for a 64GB Silver XS Max under business account. Will keep you guys posted when it gets escalated/shipped. Last year I was position 4 and got the phone a day after launch.

At the end of the day, I can't get the phone pre-ordered regardless of what the plan is, I called rogers last night and they gave me more data and a deal on my plan and said I was all set for pre-order in the morning. Now I can't process the pre-order, and when I call customer service, technical support, billing, or online chat, nobody can resolve the issue for me. That's a huge problem and I'm getting more dissatisfied by the minute.
