I received the escalation email yesterday as well. However both yesterdays and todays ended up in my junk folder so I've been keeping an eye on that. The shipping notification was from RogersReservebusinessdevice.ca. My Rogers Direct account also shows shipped. It went to In-process(Finalization) about an hour before it change to shipped.
My Rogers business account pre-order (#93 for iPhone X 64GB Space grey) has now changed status. It says "Order In Progress (Activation)". There are also now multiple status updates on my order page. Lets hope this means that they are shipping soon!
My status was set to 'shipped' (I chose ship to store) on like Tuesday, but it seems like the store still hasnt received any devices?
Has anyone else successfully gotten their devices on ship-to-store? I called the store and they just said "It might be in the next few days"
