How do you look up the order on rogersdirect? I ordered mine using rogersdirect but I was not told how to check the status of it
Im a business customer and was in queue 31 from the beginning. Today i noticed i dropped down to #11. Someone posted a few hours ago they dropped from 67 to somewhere in the 30's. This means they dropped over 30 spots whereas I dropped 20? Makes no sense to me. Ordered a 256GB Space Grey.
I got an email today saying my order has been escalated.
I am using rogers business account, I cannot see what place I am in anymore and I also need to search for my order, it is not under the Order Queue tab.
What is going on? I was #16 last time I was able to check
I'm also a business account customer and i also checked today i was #21 in que for 256 silver and now i'm 14!
Just got off the phone with the rogers store I got it shipped to a ring, they said they have it.
So tomorrow, 10am. We'll be all loaded up and ready to go.
