I received an email ( dated oct 31) saying mine (iX) has been shipped to store (Rogers plus) and they have credited my $40 fee ( I assume because it has been shipped ) but the email said another email will follow with tracking number .....has not arrived
Is there supposed to be a tracking number for devices going to in store pick up ?
And is it safe to assume mine will be available at my pick up store on nov 3 ( according to email it was shipped on oct 31st) ???
Also , when I purchase device outright , it is an unlocked device correct ? ( as per Rogers.com “outright purchased Devices , as of September 1, 2017, will come unlocked”)
Can I plan my life around this ? 🙂
