@Jagjot @DBoysGirl @tonyf536 do you know how to check the status of your reservations online for business users? Rogers keeps sending to to rogersdirect.ca but I cant get past the initial login page. My credentials are right but the website doesnt seem to be working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I wish there was a way for Ship-to-home clients to see where they stand.. I have chatted a few times with rogers and they KNOW NOTHING!! its so frustrating.. one guy kept saying go to the reservations page.. and I kept explaining to him that it was a ship to home, sad service..
Any ideas? or is there no way, thanks in advance!
