I did a device registration 2 ways this morning. Only the first one I did showed up when I tried to reserve another device. I am number 276. The second one I did doesn't show up but when I click the link on the bottom of the email it shows as being an open reservation and number 110. I know you're only supposed to be allowed one device per account so I'm curious if I should cancel the second reservation that didn't show up under my account or to just leave it alone and see if Rogers will automatically cancel the second one. I like being number 110 over 276 but I'm not sure that is even correct. lol
how do you find your number? I thought the number was per store as I'm 20 and was 15 minutes late.
Where do you go to see where you are in line? I haven't received anything and I can't see anything on my account.
I did get a receipt emailed and a couple other emails about the changes to my account. But if I go to my account, nothing there about a new phone. It would also let me reserve another phone if I wanted to.
