Can’t take it back as it was mailed to me, and I called Apple. They said they would be giving me back a replacement unit. Not what I want. I want it in a brand new sealed box. I opened a ticket with tech support, they’re sending me a brand new unit.
There is no replacement units for the iPhone 8 available yet as the phone just launched unless they are just going to open a box and give u another one lol.
Call Rogers back and explain what's going on. Let them know no store has any and u got told to contact Rogers and see if they can swap it out for u as u are within the 15 day grace period. ( even if u passed the 30 minute, they will have to swap it out with the same model for u brand new).
