Looks like rogersdirect is still down, so now I neither have my phone or any idea when I'll get it, without having to call someone. It's beginning to feel deliberate.
Email from Roges shows my revised (from 3 year plan to 2) share everything plan for my 2 cell phone lines. The main line has $11.99 month-to-month services. What is this?
After calling Rogers, I didcovered that it's for the device protection, which I didn't ask for. I didn't even see any information about this on the reservation system. Once the new bill arrives, I have to call back Rogers to have that charge removed.
It has been a week now and my reservation position is still at 100+. The wait is killing me. Do you guys know if this queue is particular with the color and memory size of the phone?
