@Haziq Mine just showed up on the tracker and is listed as in Concord Ontario as Origin Scan at 9:05pm local time which would be EST as l'm in BC so it would have been 6:05pm here...does that mean it's been with Rogers till now waiting to leave?

rogersdirect.ca keeps asking me for authorization token which i do not have, and i am so tired of calling/livechatting with agents after 20+ mins of waiting just to get an update on my order. please let me know!
I have the id/passcode I received when i did employment verification. but it keeps asking me for the authorization token (i don't even know what that is lol)! maybe i should phone in tomorrow again. so it is rogersdirect.ca to monitor your status for business reservation?
