@Meowmix I understand Rogers doesn't need to do anything, they don't even have to sell the new phone, but if they want to keep customers happy and entice new customers to go to Rogers then they need to make decisions that focus on the customer and their needs.
I think most peoples issue is the lack of information. I think an ETA would be very helpful and even posting how much stock they have received and are receiving, even just the ETA would be nice, that is my issue, I need to know when I will get my phone so I can sell my old one, so I dont have a $1,000,000 bill next month 😛 Tracking info is great but is updated maybe daily?
Long story short is I think if Rogers made customers the deciding factor for their decisions they would not loose so many customers, especially like what happened last year. I also dont get why providers dont think they can go against Apple, like they just do what apple tells them and dont ask any questions.....If I was a business owner and my supplier said I wont tell you how much stock you're getting or when you're going to get it, I would drop them on the spot.
On the flip side too if Apple continutes to short stock places everywhere people will just get fed up and get a different phone.
