This service is actually getting ridiculous.
I have been patiently waiting for over 4 weeks, and have moved from 40th to 32nd. At this rate it will be some time next year I can expect to receive my hardware upgrade.
Rogers - please take responsibility for this severe lack of customer service. If you are not actually able to provide your customers with hardware to go along with your expensive monthly service then at the very least give ALL of your customers other options for purchasing the hardware (ie. directly from apple).
I haven't seen much chat on the regular 6S. Does this mean I should expect a 64GB 6S in Rose Gold any day? I noticed apple.ca says it ships in 1 day.
Or, did I make a huge mistake when I cancelled my 6+ order?
