Sorry was replying to earlier posts about the 'No Order Found' notification on the order page. Thought it would quote the original messages. I've tried logging in again. Tried order search. Still says I don't ahve an order where I have had one "In Progress" since the 27th.
make sure you are using the correct order ID, user first name and phone number
if you have done so, i would call rogers if you are corp. account use the Affinty group 1 844 776 4377
