Now my reservation says "pending activations" -- what does that mean?
Well after nearly 30 years of being a Rogers Buisness customer, I have had it with their promises and lies. I reserved as did all of you the day it opened. They said I can upgrade to the iPhone 6s Plus 128 Gold. I received notification that it was accepted and confirmation email. I called the next day as some of you suggested to confirm at that point I was told they had to check to see if my plan was ok. I went through about 15 minutes with the lady on the phone and yes she confirmed everything was fine and told me I was #1 in the cue. Several days later I called back to double check and I was again told it was on hold they had to check and again I was told everything was fine... days go by.. its released I called and they said it's in the processing stage... although I cannot access it through the reservation system. Today I called and they have cancelled the order because it does not qualify! Really.. well my two home business cellurar plans and my 5 regular business cellular plans do not qualify either for Rogers to have me as a customer.
Two pormises, lies... I have had it... their customer support today said he understoon and felt bad but their was nothing they could do. That's it. Well I am finally switching.. I don't like lies and promises that are broken. their system accpeted it, two employees accepted it after verifying twice... enough is enough.
Thank you Rogers but it's time to move on.. are the other better... I will find out but at least my accounts will no longer be with you.
I just got a shipping notification email! I'm hopeful that I get the phone by tomorrow *crossing fingers*
