Rogers Trade up is available at participating stores only. Visit Rogers.com and use the store locator to view the participating stores. Select Rogers Trade Up Program after you select Wireless.

 

Go to www.rogers.com/tradeup on your PC for more information or www.rogers.com/tradeupquote on your wireless device to view a quote. Each customer gets a voucher from the store when they trade a device which will apply to your account.

I pre-ordered Saturday morning.  Here's the email I received Sunday night.  Also, says there's an attached document, but there isn't one.

After much confusion I got great help on Saturday from @RogersMaude and Ken a telephone rep on the business end of things and my reservation got placed and the email I received said I should receive another email to provide my login information to see and track my reservation and this hasn't arrived yet... I was just wondering when I might expect this second email to arrive?

@RogersMaude Thanks for getting back to me! I clicked the link but I only have an iPad and it just keeps saying that safari can't open the webpage? I'm not sure why?

It might be ideal to download the Google Chrome app from your App Store. 

 

The Rogers website and Live Chat service work best on that browser.

 

The app in question is designed for both iPhone and iPad!

I just reserved my phone with a business specialist, I received an order # by email. When I do what you said, it brings me to reserving a device, which was already done. 

 

is there anyway i could check the status of it?
