Is there any way to confirm what time Rogers will be allowing customers to pre-order.
Why only to some customers? I haven't received anything.
Apple Store does not do carrier Upgrades or Activations. When purchasing from Apple Store, it is only full price, and Unlocked phone. If you want the carrier Upgrade pricing from Rogers, you must Reserve from Rogers and pick up from Rogers. I did both ways last year.
