Actually its the truth. Stores last year got maybe 4-6 devices of each model. So i do find it true.

Hey guys,

My mom just called Rogers and got them to list me as a Level 1 Account Holder because we live in different cities. Does this mean I can pick up my iPhone myself?

Yes you can BUT i would suggest contacting the store before going or tomorrow & letting them know you will go but u are a Level 1 on the account. Then get the reps name so when Friday comes or when u go pick it up, you can deal with that rep.
