My wife has been #29-36 for her phone on the rogers business waiting list for about 5 weeks now.
I just needed somewhere to vent. Do you have any idea what it is like to have your wife ask you ever day what number she is on the list and to let her down every day telling her she hasn't moved?
NEEEEVER would have gone this route had I known the wait would have been this bad.
I understand the demand is high, but 5 weeks and moving less than 10 is insane.
I am very disappointed..did not expect Rogers to completely ignore corporate customers. I am sure many people here will be complaining to their respective HR departments at work (as did I) in the hopes that they do not renew company contracts with rogers.
