I don't care how good the phone is.
I have come to expect insanely great product from Apple.
However, I will not soon forget the poor service from Rogers.
I had intended to upgrade.
Now, I do not think that I will ever sign another contract with Rogers.
They have been brutal.
If Apple was not providing product, they just had to say that.
This in not the first launch.
Nah, I cannot blame Apple. I am not an Apple customer. I pay Rogers a lot of $$$ every month and I used the ROGERS res system and not Apple's. Had I used Apple's, I would have had a phone by now. Which I actually need since I lost my 5 in August.
Rogers' customer service has been beyond bad.
Will definitely be looking at other options in the near and far term.

Well, just failed at getting the iPhone 6 Gold 16Gb at Yorkdale or Eaton Centre. I guess ill walk in tomorrow to YD and see if they have any that no one picked up. Another day to wait.
How hard would it have for Rogers to let us know what "in progress" means?
Looks like it means "yes, we still have your reservation that you got up at 5 am to make (even though we opened the lines at 3 am), and, 'yes' we have ordered product from Apple, but "no", we have no idea when or if you might receive your phone----even though we are a huge communications company.
