So my phone was delivered but I didn't get a call from the store so I called them myself. The guy told me that the phone was shipped to a warehouse and not to the store and that I'll have to wait another week. This is unacceptable and incredibly infuriating. Anyone have this happen to them?

wish i could be joining those going to masonville... i called and asked if they had any 16gb come in today and the specialist replied "not yet"... SO YOU'RE SAYING THERE IS A CHANCE

Okay this makes absolutely no sense!
I just recieved an email from Rogers informing me that they are shipping my iphone 6+ to my pick up location and yet when I log into my Rogers account the status still shows OPEN! What is going on ?
