I lost my iPhone 5 while on vacation in August.
Decided to wait for the launch announcement.
In the meantime, thought that I would pick up a cheap prepaid phone at Rogers.
Was told by Rogers to go to Future Shop to buy one and bring it back so that they could put a Rogers SIM in.
For some reason, Rogers does not sell Rogers phones?
When I returned with a Fido phone, it would not work.
Apparently, although Rogers owns Fido, that does not matter.
It is pathetic that for a tech giant you can't even send out automated emails to your clients who reserved.
Yet you can send junk mail about switching to shared plans. That just shows how much they care about customers. I would love to switch carriers if my work was subsidizing my plan and it has to be with Rogers.
knowing my luck... I'll probably get a Gold 6+ on Apple Reservations... Because it's the only color I wouldn't buy 😄
