Even if it says we are experiencing difficulties and you cannot view the details of your account, you still can! I have been able to all along, on Safari. Just go up to MY ROGERS, hover over it, and click on Products & Services. Should come up fine, then click Device Reservation. Has always worked for me, unless the site is completely locked out and you cannot sign in. As long as you can sign in, you should be able to review device reservation.
