It's not true. He's trolling or trying to.
I just called Rogers to switch my plan from the Corp 350 plan to the new Public Sector plan as my previous plan didn't quailify for the upgrade. After the switch, I checked on the status on my reservation (which was in progress) and it says my account was cancelled! I did an oline chat and they said that the rep had cancelled my account and started a new one. Now they're checking in to see if I lost my place in line. Is there anything that can be done if I did?!
