for those who cant see the details they are "working" on it, got the same answer over the phone, twitter and live chat (how ever the live chat agent said no one can see it informed them that is not true people can and some cant ive seen screen shots and youtube video). think its hectic over their with so many e-mails with updates to their repersentives that they all are not on the same page

To access your account just click on "reserve" again on the main page and choose either model, and then "reserve now", login and it takes you straight to your reserved devices. Don't worry it does not reserve another device for you.

I think orders to stores closer to Toronto were SHIPPED status earlier because they can just get those phones out on trucks whereas for the west coast, they had to separate shipments for each store. They probably got the iP6's ready first, and now are working on the iP6+'s and will get SHIPPED status at the same time.
