Hello dannyboi104
I can confirm this as a back up. The threads on there and if u view then, u will see 30+ pages of them saying this. Maybe at ur store it didn't happen, doesn't mean it didn't happen at all :). Remember you are only one store out of hundreds.
The business and corporate customers waited 3-6 weeks after release ro get theirs. I dealt with those threads and seen the mess that Rogers did

Instead of shipping the iphone 6plus to a rogers store, the lady said it will be shipped to my house..
Does that increase or decrease the wait?
Also, this year have you heard anything different from ROGERS for business account orders compared to consumer orders?
I am 196 of 222..iphone 6+
Thank you!

@mdabek @charlo1108 only certain corportate and busniess accounts can only be upgraded at Rogers Store and over the phone. The ones who have to do it that way already know who they are. However most small business accounts generally can upgrade anywhere and aren't treated much different from regular consumer accounts.
Last year i was able to upgrade at rogers plus store on corp (huge company). There are some issues and they had to use the alternative (system) method. I had to sign the paper contract.

Yes Meow witnessed all our wrath last year HAHA
All the consumers people were all saying how they got their phones and they were 700+ in line while we still sat here like suckers waiting for our single digit numbers to move.. Since business phones were shipped directly to the account holder and not to the stores, its not like the store would witness our angst anyways

Hi,
I'm sure this has been discussed but it's hard to wade through this fast-moving thread. So, hopefully, it's Ok that I ask again. Pre-emptive sorry, if otherwise.
I've pre-ordered last Friday and the phone is to be shipped to a Rogers Plus store. However, I recall when I pre-ordered my iPhone 5, I was able to pickup at an Apple store. Seems I cannot do that now and Apple.com does not sell non-unlocked phones. So we have to pickup at a Rogers store now?
And with all the plan requirement talk, I called Rogers and spoke to a rep since I didn't realize I HAD to change or upgrade my plan. Now they are telling me I have to get a $150 plan???? I thought it's OK if we have plans over $80 a month?
Thanks in advance.

@ Encompass
It's not about having a plan that is at least $80, it's more about switching over to the new plans which just so happen to start at $80.
Telus is the one that's letting people keep any plan they have as long as it's $70.

So business people should NOT be expecting their phones at all this Friday? Even being 17th on the list? If so that is pretty stupid, why are their two lines then? Why not just do it lie before and have it first reserve first to get it for everyone, would seem fair to me, they have "business accounts" to make it easier for business clients when it comes to help, but having to wait longer for a phone does not make sense. Hopefully they fixed this issue this time around OR ELSE
