I tried reserving the phone online but since I am a business account, it wouldnt work for me online..
So im waiting this morning to give them a call to reserve it..
Also does being a business account change the arrrival date? or is it the same length in time?

Last 2 years business and corporate customers got their devices a few days to a few weeks later. So i would assume the same thing would happen this year IF Rogers doesn't change this. You can see this on last year's thread i made
Yes, they will call the number that it was reserved under. However you can also refer to the tracking number that Rogers will be emailing you once the device gets shipped out. That way if your not the user of that number, you can still find out when your phone gets delivered.
Is there anyway to use rogers rewards credit for phone upgrade if its corporate and upgrade is being done in the rogers plus store?
