Can future shop do business upgrades?

The $15 connection fee used to be the $35 administration fee. They just lowered it down and changed the name. Most FS and BB will not be able to access accounts like that. Best option you have is to call your local BB and FS and see if they can

Most if not all third party Rogers stores will be able to do it for you. Sadly Rogers plus stores most of them can't.

what will they need from you to do the corp upgrade?  what if you don't have some of the info they require?

I believe the account has to be in your name ! See my account is in my name and I pay for it! The only reason why I'm corporate is because I took a special on a plan because I work for a school board (3$ discount ) so asked for the number being upgraded ( I have 5 under my account ) and my drivers license!
