As i said. Normally they open it at 6am EST. Only a few times did they open it earlier and it was a system error. The past 2 launches have been 5:50am -6am EST.

They will say " 6AM EST". Unless posted otherwise.

Last time Apple did it at 5am PDT, Rogers went live at 8am as well. So my guess is between 6am-8am. Unfortunately only Rogers can truly confirm.

As of today, Rogers will open up the pre orders at 8AM EST. Same as Apple.
