The Rogers customer reps must be getting tired of saying "Sorry, I don't have that information" or... "Sorry, I can't help you" or... "Well, you know, it is a very popular phone". Ugh... Good news though! I did go up one spot since last Friday! At this rate, I might get my phone by the time the snow melts.
Friends, it has been a slice. I managed to get a 7+ 128gb black reservation at the Apple Store. Everyone in the 256 7+ JB higher than #50 will be moving up a number.
I'm a corporate account holder and I'm in position #29 for a 7+ Black 256 GB.
Am I able to upgrade at an Apple store or do I have to wait for my specific corporate office to get it?
The reason I ask this is cause surrounding Apple stores like Fairview, Yorkdale, Sherway and Square one all have stock of the phone I want, but I'm still in "OPEN" status. I want to walk into a store and just upgrade!

It depends on the apple store. My fiance and I both had reservations through rogers but saw that our local apple store in BC had the phones we wanted in stock so we upgraded through there and cancelled our reservations with rogers. We just called to make sure that the apple store deals with corporate accounts before we headed in. It took them a bit longer than normal and we had to call rogers for some assistance but we walked out with our phones within 45 minutes of our scheduled appointment.

The only problem is, I've called Rogers Corporate/Business and they always tell me that I need to deal with my corporate account dealer only, no one else.
Which is a bit unsatifying to hear..I have an amazing plan, but this amazing plan is limiting my access to it without having to deal with my guy every time...
Hey guys, I was wondering how long does it take to receive my 40$ reservation refund credited back onto my card? Just out of curiousity, I cancelled my reservation today.
