I couldnt even get on to reserve - not until I tried agian on Monday.
Now I cant log in from the email information either.
I get the impression that Business lines are far down the totem pole for priority...
Well... As I suspected, my reservation got cancelled (i7 jet black 128gb). So that might answer some questions. I'm currently on hold with a business rep. She told me I still got my reservation somewhere but it looks like she's searching for it. Doesn't look good.
Strangely enough, my cancellation email doesn't look like the others : there's no mention of the "wrong reservation system", simply that it got cancelled.
