There is a way to check. Visit www.rogersdirect.ca

the login is different from your MyRogers Business account. It only works in IE.. I repeat.. ONLY WORKS IN IE...

after you login you select ORDER SEARCH and enter your order number and u can see ALL the details regarding the order.

FYI mine still says Pre Fulfillment #22 Grey! sucks.. looks like i'll be going to the store tomorrow morning

I dont see order search, basically redirects to getconnected corporate site for my company. Lame. Oh well thanks anways.

Tried to redeem, and guess what... had to call Rogers as it wasn't working.

So now it has to go to back office.
 
I wish they would figure things out before sending things out.  From IMEI not registered, to problems ordering prepaid, now to this...  


Same here. Not a big deal. I'll call them or try again online at some point. We have until June to redeem.
