For those on the business pre-order still waiting for your phones, I just got my UPS ship notification, and last week I was 117 on the list, so progress... I guess

I am on the business pre-order still waiting for my phone (S8+). Almost there, currently #7 out of 95. I called in and was told they were not sure when they would receive more phones to ship out. Just my luck.

I've got the text, but when I do my account number and postal code, I get a #404 page not found.
Sigh...The website stuff really is taking a toll on the clients. I don't even wanna open a call for support, as I think I know the answer...we are working on it.

So I went against my own recommendations and opened a chat with a rep, which is usually much quicker than calling. The rep could not figure it out, so just credited my account with the Netflix amount instead. Works for me, since I already have a Netflix account. Works out to the same
