I'm not sure if they use the same UPS service to ship directly to the customer as they do to ship to their stores, but I got shipping notification for my reservation at 6PM MDT on Tuesday, Apr. 11 and according to the UPS tracking info, it was signed for at the store in Calgary on Wednesday the 12th. So next day service.
Business customer here. #54 for S8+ black. Received SMS from rogers just now, saying that I am still in progress and that I should expect the phone AFTER the 21st. I had requested rogers send me an SMS with any up to date changes because I am not able to login into the reservation system. Oh well here's to patience!
