It hasn't been emailed to the stores yet. The reps find out when they try to scan the device in and add the IMEI number. Then they call and get told that the devices aren't whitelisted to be added. They should have done this a couple of days ago and not last minute. Making everyone wait and upset.
If only all rogers were that nice. most dont want to go to that trouble, even though they are making afree commission out of this! Its not like i went to the store and the sales rep worked for the sale lol the least they could do is help us out!
