I hear you @intalianfitguy but if I was a reseller and a company put restrictions on me that didn't allow me to treat my customers with some type of respect, I wouldn't be selling their product any longer. I still don't think it is Samsung that is telling Rogers they can't speak to us; this seems to be Rogers M O. However, it might be their fault that Rogers doesn't have any of the S8+ Grey, but Rogers can't duck it's responsibility to provide a service to all customers.
I don't know if I am more frustrated with the fact I won't get my phone tomorrow or the fact the commpany who has already taken my money is treating me like cr@p!!
At the end there is something going on for no carrier to be getting any gray ones. In the end there is something going on for no carrier in the world and Rogers not saying anything. In the end something is going on that Samsung the manufacture for the device has not shipped out any gray ones on the S8+ model.
WE can not just blame Rogers on this. It goes both ways here. AS of why Rogers is not making any comments? Could be either they are told not too until they figure it out or know that they will ship out last minute or before the launch date or in launch date ( April 21st).
I understand that you are upset that u are not getting the phone tomorrow and i understand that u are upset that Rogers is not saying anything but i again many have asked Samsung and they have not gotten a reply back. Carriers same thing.
All in all i am just saying we can't just blame Rogers on something that its out of their control. While yes i agree they should say something, i do not believe they can unless they get told u. Anyways i do hope you guys get them this week.
I think the problem not only for grey color. I am waiting for the black plus too, same no email, no confirmation! Chatted with live agent, they just don't know anything so I don't think will get it anytime next week too.
Yes I know, should have choose the order option, at least will know the status. Was misleaded by the live agent who told me the pay now option will guarantee get the device faster which is definitely not the case, my friends who choose pickup in store already have their devices waiting in store for Monday pickup.
