i call and they gave me the order number .. i switch it from White to Gold..

another question.. my friend has a corporate account and he has a really cheap plan...
the first guy he ever spoke to said he can upgrade whenever..now they are telling him he has to change his plan..
can he still upgrade if an order was placed already and the order went through?
his plan is $52... he just switched to it 2 months ago..
the agent says that orders can't even be processed without him changing the plan so they don't know how he ordered it..
well he is hoping it goes through cause he has the order number etc etc..
also can the stores bypass the ability for a corporate client to have to change their plan? that's what someone else is saying that works for rogers
