Meowmix yea if something wrong why cant they be honest about it and tell us. instead lie and side step us. its really show there true colours and what type of company we giving our monthy money to. but i heard this for many years from others about customer service and how bad they reall are. i just never had to use customers service til now and dam the rumours are right. if they new how to be honest and tell the truth what happen people would not get so upset.

Thats is the return waybill. If we get regular S6 then we ship it back to them using the return waybill included in the box.
They include return waybill if any problems with phone or order. So then we can return it back on their expense.
