Unfortunately no one is able to give u a ETA I am afraid. You would need to contact your business account rep and see if they can get any more information but i doubt it.

Good luck with that , I had ordered 2, initially told 15 days, then 30 days, which add's up to 45 days.  I ended up cancelling the whole thing, and the customer retention guys really dont offer a great deal to keep you from leaving.  So im packing my phones and leaving for telus.

Goodluck with that carrier. Make sure you review the reviews from others before jumping to someone else which has the same issues.
